Sherif Fayed is one of Wadi Degla's Football Champions and a player in the Egyptian National U-18 soccer squad. He is seventeen years old, born in Cairo, and a freshman student at the Modern Science and Arts University.

He started playing football in 2004 at Wadi Degla Sporting Club, through training sessions; Sherif was able to develop self confidence, team work, discipline and finally patience. Taking a minute out and imaging himself as an international football star encourages him whenever he gets too tired to go on and he believes that “when you have a dream, work your best to make it happen”.

Besides football Sherif likes dancing, going out with friends, swimming and running. His goal is to play abroad and become a famous football star like his role model Franck Ribery the French midfielder playing for Bundesliga Club Bayern Munich.
